Sanjay Kamlani is one of the most recognized innovators in the legal industry. Over more than 30 years, he has built businesses across three continents that have reshaped how legal services are delivered.
Sanjay began his legal career as an international business and tax lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising on cross-border transactions between
the United States and India.
He went on to co-found and serve as General Counsel and CFO of OfficeTiger, a Francisco Partners portfolio company that pioneered offshore professional services and achieved a $250 million exit.
In 2004, he co-founded Pangea3, a Sequoia Capital portfolio company that became the market leader in legal process outsourcing before its acquisition by Thomson Reuters and subsequent acquisition by Ernst & Young.
Most recently, Sanjay served as Founder and CEO of Maker5, a legal technology venture studio through which he worked as an innovation advisor to Holland & Knight, an AmLaw 25 firm, developing custom software solutions and implementing technology-driven workflows and practice improvements.
Sanjay has been recognized by The American Lawyer as a Top 50 Innovator in Big Law, featured in the ABA Journal’s
100 Years of Law, and named a Legal Trailblazer and Pioneer by the

Darah Okeke is an accomplished employment law attorney who has spent much of her career at the center of the most complex and high-stakes employment matters in
the technology industry.
Darah has served as Director and Assistant General Counsel, Employment at Etsy, Inc.; Associate Director and Senior Counsel, Global Employment Law at Twitter, Inc.; and Senior Counsel, Employment and Interim Head of Employee Relations at Uber Technologies, Inc.
In these roles, she advised on the full spectrum of employment law matters — from negotiating executive employment and separation agreements to managing sensitive workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII and other federal, state, and local employment statutes.
Darah’s career on the employer side gives FairPlay Law’s clients a distinct strategic advantage. She understands how companies structure agreements, how they assess litigation risk, how they make decisions about severance and separation terms, and where the real leverage exists in a negotiation. That perspective is rare among attorneys who represent employees — and it is central to the quality of counsel FairPlay Law delivers.
Darah is also an adjunct graduate professor, teaching courses on Diversity and Creating Inclusive Workplaces. Her academic work examines how workplace systems, policies and practices shape opportunity and equity — insight that strengthens her advocacy for employees, including those from underrepresented or marginalized backgrounds navigating complex employment challenges.
In 2022, Darah received Emory University’s 40 Under Forty Award an honor for a select group of remarkable alumni who are leading change in innovative ways.
